CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AND ITEM(S)?
We’re sorry but unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. Made to orders are not returnable.
Please note. We do a 3 step Quality Control inspection on every item before shipping to assure customers are to be satisfied with our quality products without any defects or damages.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once we receive your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify your sizing, color, and style before submitting your order, especially your address as no refunds allowed to incorrect address by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to send us the correct address.
If sent to wrong address, we suggest you contact the person who will receive your package to the incorrect address. We are not responsible for lost or incorrect address given by the customer.
WHAT ARE YOUR SIZING LIKE?
All our clothing items are true to size, adult sizing classic regular fit. If you need a baggy, loose, relax fit look, we suggest you size up. Not sure which size to order? Contact us and will provide sizing information on whats right for you!
MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Once shipped to our customer’s, we have No Control on lost or stolen packages. It is the Customer’s responsibility to contact the Carrier for lost or stolen package(s).
If the package is shipped with your address that you provided to us but it’s the incorrect address and was sent back to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the cost to reship. In future please verify the correct address before submitting your order.
Please note we are not held responsible the following reasons by Shipping Carrier Service:
- Damage by the Shipping Carrier.
- Lost or Stolen package(s) after delivery is made.
- P.O. Box issues
- Wrong address shipped.

WHEN DO YOU RELEASE NEW DESIGNS & COLORS?
Upcoming new designs will be notified to subscribers via email and social media posts on next Launch Day. Follow and sign up to get the latest upcoming new releases!
WILL YOU HAVE NEW COLORWAYS?
Yes. New colorways will be on our store site and are limited until sold out. To get the latest styles & colorways, sign up and/or follow us on our Instagram to get notified. Sold out items can be restock in the near future.
WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK?
Stocks are limited and sizing availability. If you have specific item and color, please send us your request item(s) information via email and we will notify to customer’s when and which products are available on the next restock launch date.
